The power of the idea promises to become even brighter. Today it was announced that TAMZ designs has acquired Deep Sleep Studio. Their goal — to create one of the world's most innovative and diversified creative design companies. This acquisition brings together recognized industry creative leaders of digital and print design. The move also accelerates TAMZ's strategic initiative to further advance its print design services which spans advertising, direct mail, brochures and other print communication collateral.
The integration of the two companies' portfolios, clients, networks and services will begin immediately. The pace of integration will be set on a case-by-case basis to ensure a smooth transition and immediate value for customers.
Management of the combined company includes executives and board members from both organizations. The new organizational structure will see Michael Tamzil maintain his position as chief creative visionary with Otto Othman retaining the responsibilities of chief programmer and operating generator. Additional leadership roles will be held by Marcos Sbert, motion flasher; Fabian Sanchez, freelance connector and Alex Martinez, Creative Director.
